Launch Forum 2008 website and open agenda proposals.

Discuss and submit proposals within groups, at regional events and on the web forum.

Deadline for agenda proposals. They will be posted on the submitted agenda proposals page.

Allows two weeks for some discussion of proposals and feedback on web forum and for Management Committee to consider.

5 December

Management Committee meeting.

Need time after Management Committee meeting for staff to work with proposers on agreeing content and aims of session.

End of December

Outline Forum agenda published here.

End of December — Early March

Discuss agenda items within groups, at regional events and at the online forum.

8 — 9 March

The Forum.

Two weeks before Easter.

March (after Forum)

Management Committee meeting.

Act on Forum outcomes as necessary, including their impact on budget planning.

~10 April

Write ups and summaries of sessions online.

Need to check minutes with student volunteers.
